Sunset no replying and I need my rank back can other staff give me it, I have PayPal receipt

i used two different emails, my mums to purcahse with paypal then another one used to register another account, the one that i registerd my other account isn't getting any emails from broken lens, hence why i had to use HumzyLuvsMuu instead of humzyluvsxylo becasue my original email isn't receieving emails from you. i got scammed by you all, why isn't a paypal receipt with everything enough because that's the one sent to my mums email

We didn’t scam you at all, if we don’t have the order ID then there isn’t exactly much we can do.
It’s nothing about scam, it’s so we don’t just give a free rank to anyone, we need the order ID.

my rank got replaced with yt rank and i still have my premium stuff except my commands
