My daughter bought the emerald rank. She was playing and accidentally went into youtube rank and now it w nt let her back into emerald rank. Can someone help please?!!!!

She got back in. I don' know how it happened but she is all set. Thank you so much for all your help guys!! It might have been a glitch or something last night since she updated her iPad. Again, thanks for all the help!
