I think he means like when we get an Email after purchasing a Rank right? So he is telling that His Email got Deleted somehow... So he is curious if it is a bug or something and is there a way he can get the Email Back.

you only need the email with your receipt to confirm you purchased the rank
once you actually have the rank it's pretty much useless, like a normal receipt you'd get after buying something from a store

so no it's not
