Loot Blocks?

Ok so i have a couple things about loot blocks. The one map thats underwater you cant breal the blocks. Sometimes they dissapear without giving you items, and once your inventory is full of that stuff, you cant get rid of it. So why LootBlocks?

You can get rid of it when your inventory is full . Just throw em out

To throw items out make sure you are holding the item you want to throw away
