Loosing Items randomly

There is a bug where you are loosing items randomly and everything is locked again. Very upsetting to see someone working hard to get their items and then loose them all the sudden.

She noticed her items missing in Murder Mystery. Her Username Bubbles209. She went to the customize section near spawn and noticed some of her items she bought were locked. I was surprised when her items were locked.
