ive tried replacing it and keeping it normal it says that normally but mostly when i put my password it says wrong password

Hi,
If you use /login for example,it will probably say "Unknown command",try use > instead of / ,also if you forgot your password and you want to reset it,create a conversation with staffs by pressing "Create a new conversation" in the inbox button on top right of the corner of your screen. The staffs can help you reset your password and you will be able to create new password so you remember.
