Login Glitch

I loved playing BrokenLenz until the server added more games because
  • It would not let me login it would say password invalid or invalid command or wrong password when i have it written down on a paper
  • only 8 times it let me in and now it wont
  • a guest would follow me in the game and target me
  • the same guest would also kick me after every game (i do believe hes a hacker because he has no staff tag or helper)
  • i would look behind my character when i login and there would be a snow golem called the watcher
  • i tried both < this and > this and they wont work either
That is why i reported this glitch.Ive had this issue for about 6 months

1) do u have any proof that u own ur account? (ex: a screenshot of u logged in)
2) what is the guest's name? TheWatcher?
3) TheWatcher is the AntiHack system, that wanders around the lobby (maybe its stalking u xD)

the guests user name is Stone_brick1793 i think and im sorry i dont have proof because my kindle has no way to take screenshots

i cant report him because the login issue is still happening plus commands wont work
