Locking threads

Basically, some threads were locked with no reason. People are discussing stuff that not involve illegal content. But then someone simply locked those threads with no reason.

I wont against any mod that locked the thread, but at least give a reason why are u locking the thread.

Even if people spamming the ban appeals session, u will have to say it is duplicated thread then lock it.

Its probably to prevent potential arguements
If they think it could pose as a potential argument starter then they probably lock it before anything happens
