List of "legit" blocks?

I am building a map for this server but which blocks are allowed which ones not? I dont want to cause lag

Well,depending the type of blocks and how many so, all blocks are fine, I don't think end crystal will be in the server.

I think command blocks/Ender Dragon eggs/End portals/nether portals should not be allowed. They cause lag

Because Micro Battle maps are different compared to the other maps, same with Hide&Seek + SkyWars (and probably other games).
