The best people are the ones that are brutally honest with themselves, I think I'm a bit of a tryhard, but being called that is a bit too much, I just wanna help.

I would say the name of other people as well, but -
@_PineappleDeath_ Yes, Pine deserves, but she hasn't been around for that long and she doesn't have any threads pinned.
@Strelitzia Yes strel has been around for a long time, but she needs to help people more.
Both Strel and Pine report people more than they help people. I feel like they need to focus on both of the things equally.

And the KGM brothers (I'm a KGM too), @_TrenzKGM_ @KhrizKGM Are good but they report players more than they help players.

@Verified Fangirl @Capitaine64 Capi and Lauren need to help players more often.

I agree with your opinion but the members you choose may not be a good staff or trusted. Indeed they seem to look fine here but not necessarily on the server. Because their staff rank, they could tire or mute for no apparent of understandable reason.

And associated with the minecraft version, most of the staff are in version 1.2. So it must first specify which member will be TRUSTED to keep the 1.1 server or above.

Characters, seen from first person is attitude and character, member you choose may look good, but not necessarily in server, or in the forums like talk dirty things, rude, and others.

Based on these facts, I will choose a member that is feasible or trustworthy.

1 @Itz_CoolieShive and @_TrenzKGM_
why Shive?
For Shive, he is a very helpful guy and almost know all of informations, he also do reports up to 400+ people, with that, Shive already have the same degree of helping people and report hackers.
why Trenz?
For Trenz, although he does not help people like Shive, he can report people up to 1.500+ people in 1.1 version, rarely also have a reporter like him, especially in older versions of minecraft.

2 @Strelitzia and @_PineappleDeath_
why Strel? She is a very helpful member in hacker report and help other people, but sometimes she can be come as rude or easily mad or angry but still can be trusted.
why Pineapple? She is also a helpful member in hacker report, she may look like a new member, but she can be trusted in a kind way.

3 @SugaCube and @KhrizKGM and @mosquito1244210
why three of them? they are friendly member and report rule breakers in the server often. They may be trusted by staff with their kindness.

4 @Capitaine64 and @DankosaurusRekx
why Capitaine and Danko? they are helpful member that report people up to 150+ people.

5 @wenzelee and @BlueLeLilDutchAD
why wenz and Blue?
For wenz, he's a helpful member that report rule breakers, bugs, and others.
For Blue, Blue may look very helpful, he is sometimes a little rough and say harsh words even he got muted in the forums before with unknown reason.

6 @Aypi and @ender_bintang should be promoted

7 @TokyoPanda a helpful member, but rarely help people these days.

That's not the point, the point is staff members don't share their respective areas for staff to stay cause most of staff stay in 1.2 version.
For ex.
atleast 3 staffs monitoring 1.1 server.
4 staffs monitoring 1.2 server.
3 staffs monitoring above 1.2 server.
