Let's rethink asking staff for the link every time someone applies 4 staff

So here is what I am proposing

On the spot where the Car Tape me me is, there should be an "Apply for Staff" section where the links https://apply.brlns.net/builder/ and
https://apply.brlns.net/ are put into a button that we can press and it will send us there

It will look like this
