Im sorry but I still don’t think they should be able to fly. Flying is just too big of a perk for you tubers and you have to remember that premium players pay for this kind of stuff

Yes, I think the rank needs a few perks!

Since you need 1k subscribers for the rank, and getting those subscribers can be hard, I think the rank needs some sort of reward like a nick color and some rank exclusive particles.

I'm not able to sign the petition but I fully agree with your point.

Disclaimer: I haven't read all the replies to this thread, so I may just be repeating suggestions and statements.

The "Youtube" Rank is something I've been interested on, you get such rank by doing things like uploading videos about the server regularly or you get it by being a well-established content creator that plays in the server. It's nice that some servers put such ranks in place to show "appreciation" to people essentially giving free advertisement to the server.

However, let's be honest here. Not everyone who has the Youtube Rank in BrokenLens does their rank justice, correct me if I am wrong but not a lot of players who have the rank even upload as regularly as they should. From what I briefly looked up, the requirements for obtaining the rank in this server are very basic.

"Where are you going with this?" You're probably asking, well be patient you hyperactive fox because I am getting into it! If that's all it takes to get the rank, then there's no true "prestige" when it comes to having the rank; thus making it less valuable, thus making the necessity for adding more features to it virtually non-existent. Other servers are more serious when it comes to giving out the Youtube Rank, which is why you don't see thousands upon thousands of players running around with Youtube Ranks in servers like Hypixel and such.

Other servers have strict guidelines and policies in place when it comes to their Youtube ranks, because having such title is suppose to symbolise that you are a representative of the server you have the rank on. It's not simply a neat little prefix on your username, it's a "badge of honour" and as TheOriginalAce puts it: an "Ambassador to the Community!". However, if the player who has the rank isn't really putting out content that is worthy of such title then... the rank is pretty much just an empty title.

If you truly want to see improvements made with the rank, don't ask for it but earn it instead. I suggest posting high effort content, improve the quality of your videos, overall just make great videos that BrokenLens will be proud of. If everyone can do that, then you may get the changes you want and you may bring more prestige to the rank. If all of BrokenLens' "Youtube Community" posts nothing but short, low quality clips of some kid ranting about getting banned in BrokenLens or something of the sorts... I suggest just helping the server by buying one of their ranks.

TL;DR If you want the rank to have more features, tell everyone who has the rank to start upping their Youtube game and upload more effort into the content they release. That way, you bring good to the rank you are given and it ups its status and makes it more worth it; thus making the possibilities of adding more features to it seem like a good idea. However if the only BrokenLens content you see is not of high standard, then I suggest just buying a BrokenLens rank.
