Let's bring back Crossteaming

I must disagree with you, since I'm not a big fan of cross teaming. The reason it was originally removed, because it was simply unfair to people and it did not make sense to win the whole game. I do not think that it will return to.

I'm hearing about what's going on in MB and apparently friendships were broken with cross teaming rule at partial blame. Everyone was nice nice friends before the cross teaming rule and now, people are killing each other, putting a bit of a damper on friendships, and that is the start of a whole chain of lies that follow it. Believe me, it's not pretty.

One last reason we should bring back cross teaming is because it will contribute to less toxicity. This is because with the increased number of VIPs, many non tankers feel the need to camp. They actually have no better choice but to camp. Plus with VIPs mostly in the same team, it is harder for other pro non Rankers. Drama contributed to toxicity so bringing back cross teaming would lessen the toxicity(See reason 1). Plus try hards wouldn't have to try so hard anymore so yea.

Counterargument:
Alright so the main reason why cross teaming was removed was because people that play MB for the fun of it everyday didn't cross team and they complained about how the "higher peoples of MB crossteamed". However, bringing back Crossteaming, in the Rules, it would HAVE to say, " Everyone is entitled to cross team." That way, this encourages those people to cross team more. To make cross teaming a rule, I would promise to say, "Everyone could cross team with whoever they want" in every MB match I play so everyone would know about it to make it a rule.


I would really want to hear your opinion on this, especially staff. Staff if you are seeing this, please talk your opinion on this. If anyone wants to tag staff, feel free to tag them if you think they need to see this.

I don't agree really because when you cross team with a whole bunch of friends and you want to fight and they say nahhh you gonna kill me again. It was hard for me to get wins. But now no more cross teaming we are free to kill anyone we want.

The thing is that new, non-ranked, rubbish-at-pvp players will just quit because see, if one team game has cross teaming then your immediate assumption is that all team games have that cross teaming is allowed rule. And then people will just not join any of the team games, which isn't a good thing for games like TSW, MB, and Splatter.

Also it'll be useless to even have team games because if people don't follow the teams anyway, what's the point of having specific teams? Also, what happens if there's a 14v1v1 because everyone is friends and cross teams?

See, there's a ton of holes to this. Plus anyway, usually good pvpers are friends with good pvpers, not bad ones, so...well, yeah. And consider the overpowered ranks. Like, anyone who isn't cross teaming with everyone else will be wrecked in seconds.

Okay so the the first reason:
I dont think it would change the drama.What has crossteaming to do with people who insult people as targetters?
Yes they could team with them but that would make it simply unfair so other people would insult the cross teamers as targetters(And yes the crossteamers would really targett other people technically)
And if someone says "You killed me we are not friends anymore" then he/she is just not a true or good friend in my opinion.

To the 2nd
I dont understand why they break realtions because of that.Why cant they just fight against eachother and say "gg" at the end like "sporty" people would do?
Also its not just made for realtions.
Fairness is more important than that in my opinion.

Well non "vips" could make big crossteams against the "vips" but also "vips" could make big teams against the non"vips" then.
It wont really change the situation in my opinion.
I think the real problem are the "vips" themselve(Not the persons but what they get with paying)
If you really want to decrease the toxcity then lets do something against that but crossteaming beeing allowed wont change the whole thing.
It could make it even worse.
So here is my solution:
-nerf or just simply remove the overpowerd advantages that "vips" get (No I dont think removing the not disabling lava thing would help that much)
-letting everyone spwanig at the bottom and not on the tower at the start so people cant camp that much anymore.

The whole situation at MB is just hard and deffinitly needs to change.
But crossteaming again?

Cross-teaming will stay as a rule as it makes the game fair for EVERYONE not just ranked players. if a full team of RANKED players was to play they would instantly win not giving the new players a chance.

CrossTeaming should be implemented. On some cases, one will rebel and their would always be a winner :)
