okay so


as someone who is on mw a lot, i can agree that the bows deal WAY too much damage. the one that costs the most (40 diamonds) is way too op. the bows in general are too strong, enchantment or not. they take like half health. so say two hits with an arrow and you’re done. which so isn’t fair. you can have the best armor and weapon, charging in and you’ll get killed by someone with no armor, no sword, only a bow. games have timed out because people camp and spam w/ bows. if you’re running on a bridge at the bow spammer, you’re bound to get hit.

i personally don’t like using bows that much. ik how annoying they can be to some. if it’s my last resort then yes i’ll use it. they are helpful. but, please at least lessen the damage on them. in (t)sw they’re not too bad but in mw they’re just- no

mhm, this isnt the first time this has been asked to change. its been requested multiple times in the past. i just hope that EVENTUALLY they do something about all the bugs and issues with mobwars.
imo i don’t see too many staff playing mw, so they may not rly know the effects until they feel it firsthand. again, i may be wrong. just from what i’ve seen i don’t see many staff playing it. which is perfectly fine

I don't really like MC bows in PVP in general. They can be very annoying especially in a game where you can build a big long tower, and snipe from it. AHEM! s k y b a s e r s.
There's so much bowspam in MW to the point in which I don't want to play it. Unless you god bridge early game, and get the starting resources, that spawn in before game's start, your screwed in terms of aggression. People will bowspam u, and in some maps, people will block entrances to mobs with obsidian.
Broken lens has innovates the PVP system for the better, and I think they can do it with bows too. My suggestion, is that bows should deal more damage and knockback the more consecutive times you hit. Bows will deal no knockback on the first hit, enough to knock someone on the second hit, a block or so, as well as increasing damage.
These changes should only apply to MW saying bows are balanced in SW and other PVP games.

maybe change the bows to these instead-
Normal Bow (No Enchants)
Enchanted Bow (Power 1)
Enchanted Bow (Power 1 and Infinity)
Arrows should be 1 diamond each- or 16 iron idk
