"Hoe" isn't mutable as it means a gardening tool and has nothing to do with insulting. Unless it is used to bully or explicitly insult someone, it is not mutable. And since this is in DNG, the word could of possibly been hoe (the gardening tool), so I don't think that the player meant to insult anyone.
