Language Barrier?

So yesterday I got this pvt messge from a friend of mine called ashleyastorga who speaks spanish (and this message is also written in spanish but i wont traduce it ill just explain it). The message said that mine and her friend TypicalxTes got banned for the QuakeCraft jump boost bug. She says that @_PineappleDeath_ warned him before he got banned, but since he speaks spanish and he doesnt know english so he didn't understandl since Pine probably also didn't know what he said because it was probably in spanish I assume she would have tought that he refused to rejoin so she banned him. My request from my friend is that he should be unbanned because he didn't know what Pine was trying to say and because of that he couldn't understand that Pine was telling him that it was a bug and probably telling him to rejoin.

Why should you unban him: Because there was a language barrier and he didn't know it was a bug when it was explained to him in english.

I firstly caught him using the quake jump boost bug, so I kicked him since he didn’t seem to understand me when I said don’t use it.

Then shortly after kicking him I had a friend call me over to spectate a hacker, turns out it was TypicalxTes using the jump boost in Block Party to go on the wall.

No offense and I’m certainly not trying to sound rude, but even if he couldn’t fully understand me common sense could’ve told anyone not to use it.
(to win the game, by going on the wall.)

Although due to the fact I don’t understand Spanish, I couldn’t really explain it to him that well.. google translate wasn’t working for me either, so that part is my fault.
