when play skywars and mobwars my game lag so much that i got killed every time so if you can help me...!

You could verify your internet connection or change your minecraft settings to make it less fancy on graphics (removing clouds, rendering less chunks and etc). If that doesn't work you could also try to downgrade your minecraft to a weightless version.
