Lag That Duplicates

Apparently i stumbled upon a glitch, a glitch that activates when one lags horribly, this has happened to me before but I never got any evidence (it has happened when I only take 1 block and makes a clone of 1), BUT TODAY I have evidence of it happening today (please fix it it's annoying

Notice the iron sword, it acuactua duplicated because of the lag, it acted as if i took (take correct me plz) it from the chest but it never happened since it was like there the whole time (like the sword that got duplicated was the future of the sword of the chest)

It’s worse when you have just one opponent to kill to win (TSW for example) and then you have a diamond sword or something in between

You: *closes chest makes bridge about to attack when...* BOOM diamond sword disappears
