Lag in hub

For the past couple months, I have been experiencing a lot of lag while in the hub, whenever I do something such as: tap an npc to join a game, summon my doggie pet, go to my brlns settings, or write a command/speak in the chat, It can take up to a couple minutes for it to load.
(Note, I have a decent connection, I usually have 70 to 100 ms, and I only have the lag in the main hub)

im 250 ms and i dont have lag hhhhhhhh
