I think they didn't make huge changes... At lease from what I saw from the bug fix section.
Ik some entity animations have been changed to fit Java edition, but I think it's not related, idrk.
But theres no new entities..
Anyways, hope the bug will be fixed soon.

Well do not worry minecraft mojang jira bug center is solving this issue
Minecraft Mojang Jira have been comfirm this is just Server lag issue
