what is this lag glitch? idk wut it is

its when u join the game u are in the air and don't actually die when the floor goes off so you win exp and prob the game ez .-.

So probably a lot of ppl that play bp know what is going on.I am just mad because not only they are winning because of a glitch/lag but most of them are talking back/cursing when i'm just telling them to rejoin the game..because i'm on windows 10 i can't take a sreenshot so i only report them in the game does this even work?and are they getting ban or tempban?
