It's absolutely possible this is from a bug, and he should probably not be banned, though that's up to the mods/admins. One time I kept my bow through a bug as well. What happens is if your aiming your bow when you die, you keep your bow and arrows. That is more likely than him hacking to keep the kit, as I have never seen a hack like that. Thanks!

This is just a glitch. The player was teleported to the waiting lobby, and sometimes it happens to the players. Also, item-hacks has been fixed a month ago (I think), it can no longer add item-hacks to the players on the server. But, anyway, thanks for the report! @Springtrap_123 Please lock this thread.
