King, a new minigame

Inspired by Forza Horizon 3, I thought about one of their minigames in BrokenLens. King is a game where 2 players are "kings" and you try to keep that rank as long as possible. To get king you would need to tag the king player and try to stay away from the other people as long as possible so they won't tag you to get the king rank. The top person who keeps the king rank to themselves is the winner. A good idea is for the king rank people to have a speed effect so its balanced if there's a lot of people playing.
