If more evidence is needed, I will see if I can collect more and I will post it here. I didn't have my screen recorder at the time, but he's been head-snapping all morning on OTIC, so I figured I might as well record him and report the incident.

-He also doesn't take knockback while he is combo-ing like that, he toggles it once in a while to make it look legit. If he is Windows 10 as he claims to be, most likely a key-bind.
