Kill Aura and Reach Hacks?

Hello,

My name is 0val and I believe I have been mistakenly banned. Today I was fighting against 2 moderators and I had previously been hackusated and possibly reported for hacks. I fought against one of the moderators and it was a very close fight, it was basically 80-85% trading. I don’t know if I’m supposed to say the name of the moderator who banned me in an appeal but everything seemed fine after we fought until about 5 minutes later I got permanently banned for supposed kill aura and reach hacks. Keep in mind, the person I was fighting was jumping a lot which allowed me to get the technical low ground advantage because when you jump, if you normally strafe against the opponent jumping, it registers as a low ground hit which by default allows a little more reach. I’m very confused as to why I was banned when the majority of the fight was trading and the occasional combo on my end. I have never installed hacks nor do I know how to. I have been grinding survival games for a couple months now and I really have enjoyed playing on this server and for the most part I like the community. I hope whoever reads this can look into my case a little bit. Thank you for reading and I hope to play again soon.

Hiya!
So during the fight I had with you I recorded it and found your hits very strange, you hit me from further than 5 blocks a few times and had hits land when you weren’t even looking in my general direction. I sent the video I took to some other staff and they agreed with me for the most part that there’s no way to reach that far or have those hits land.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I agree, my hits do look a bit strange but from what I saw, it looked like you were jumping a lot. On my screen, you were no more than 3 blocks away from me. If you don’t mind me asking, what is your fov? I use 90 fov. I could have been lagging as well because I’m from the United States. If it’s necessary, I can send a video of me fighting someone. From what I saw, the hits were really far because of high fov and you jumping which allowed me to get further reach. That map is also very bumpy and where we were fighting was difficult to tell what was happening.

Hello,

I click like 7 cps. As I said before if I need to provide evidence for me being legit I am willing to do so. It always looks a bit suspicious when you combo someone with very high fov because on their end it looks like you’re hitting from 5-6 blocks away. And also as I mentioned, she was jumping a lot which helped me get the extra hits. Towards the end my aim got very shaky which is a bad habit of mine and I started aggressively turning my head. The knockback is also quite broken on the server and people barely move when they get combo’d and when they do it’s very unpredictable.

Alright sorry for the wait- school and life

Hitting me while jumping would only increase reach by maybe a block or so, so 6-7 blocks is still not able to be hit without reach in some way
This doesn’t explain either how you landed multiple hits without looking in my general direction, one or two yes I could see it being lag, but there were too many and they were far too consistent for me to see it as lag. There was no delay either.
I showed the other staff and they agreed with what I saw and believe there was a use of hacks.

In about 4 months you can make another appeal and I’ll consider a second chance as long as you don’t bypass (playing on another account)
