Kick Player Vote Command?

Adding this could have some side effects, one instance that comes to mind is the Minecraft console edition's battle minigame, there used to be a feature if you had 3 people that voted to kick you then you would be kicked, however if you had 2 friends in a public game then if one of you got butthurt you could just kick the player that killed you
However in broken lens it would be even more broken, what I'm thinking about specifically is oitc

In oitc there's not a lot of players, mainly because new players come being like "all the other servers have nice players" then they get beaten, and see most of the players aren't very nice and don't play oitc again
Or
The new players play oitc, wreck face, get called hackers, then possibly never play again due to the rudeness of the players which I'm gonna call "the majority of 5 year olds that play Minecraft pocket edition and get butthurt when they loose in PvP" however I might shorten it down to "the brokenlens PvP community"

The first one isn't really a problem (even though it is and ties into the second one)
However the second one is a somewhat major problem

If a new player to the server decides to play brokenlens, wrecks face, then gets called a hacker the chances of them getting kicked increases by 1 billion% (which is also the percentage of exaggeration went up by within the last year), and once that player gets vote kicked out of oitc they won't be able to play again because there's usually only one game of oitc active and that one game consists of all the players that decided to kick you

And if your like "mmmmmmmmm but proto, there's more than one game active"
Its just based on the times I've played oitc this month and when I waited on purpose for the game to start just to leave to go to a different oitc lobby I'm the first one in it and it get filled up bit by bit of the people killed in the oitc game I left

Basically if this is added there is no winning for new players

Also HOW THE FrrrrreAk do clans Work?
I'm level 35 in fox and don't even know how it works at all

Its Basically nothing lol , when you win a game it gives a point to the Crew and make it Going up inLeaderboard . Level in fox is simply your class , when you get lvl 120 in Fox you become Co-Owner but only you knows it xD

This sounds useless, however I could imagine someone being like "oh joy! I'm co owner of the kool kids klub (abbreviated to kkk in the actually thing) on a server where most of the players have hate for me and kick me when ever I enter a game because a /vkick Putin was added and the brokenlens PvP community was butthurt that I kept killing them even if I didn't win"

Does this command sounds a bit rude cause other hacker might vote to pretend as normal player and the hacker try to kick other hacker and what happen if this command exist and player might just do this command because they hate the player but not voting that theres hacker

This seems like a great command and all. But, say i have a fight with someone on the server and they completely hate me. They will execute that command, log off, change the username and log back on and execute the command 2 more times to get me kicked from the server. I've seen it happen on other servers, personally, i wouldn't recommend it.
