I hope you know it's okay to not be happy and optimistic all the time. It's okay to not be okay and when you're experiencing something as difficult as what you're going through, you should always do what's best for you. If you like to be optimistic and smiley all the time because that's how you naturally feel, then do that!! But if everything is making you feel all gloomy and anxious then that's totally valid as well! Take care of your feelings because your mental health is just as important

I just tend to be happy and optimistic because I don't want people to worry. Many people say this is selfish to not let people know but I feel like having attention on me is selfish....
But I mostly love to be happy because even though I can be sad, I'm always given the option to be happy. And so I'll take that. Laughter is the best medicine. Hehe.
