The only time you can make another account without it being considered bypassing is if your other account got banned for an inappropriate name. Either that or you can purchase a transfer ticket to change your username and gain access back to the first account.

harshita is a feminine given name. theres nothing inappropriate about it. if u look up "harshita" in ur browser, u will see the origin of it
