CozyBoy has been threatened a lot of people even me...he spam a lot to people about him bypassing, creating new accounts just not to be ban and being rude AND Bullying. He deserves to be Ip-Ban

but the point is that he has vpn i think and many devices, so neither ipban nor device ban can ban him completely, actually, i dont think he can own that much device, so device ban few times and he won't be able to bypass i think

Not likely the case. It's not as complicated as what people think. Reset ip, and reset MCPE ID in an Android folder and that's it. It's basically, and unfortunately impossible at the moment to keep bypassers banned. One device is all that he needs.

Joseph_C and I got along fairly well before he got CID banned. He never even targetted me or hated me once. So I guess he could get along with me as Thirsty. Yes, I have been warned that he may be trying to infiltrate my chat with my other friends to see what I talk about (planning against him, daily life, opinions, etc...). Seems harmless, but may be what he wanna do
