Joseph_C Problem

I heard that Joseph_C is back with another acc, and that he will come back no matter what. To be honest, I know Im not in this, but I am tired of him harassing and flaring rude comments at people (players and staff alike). Idk what's with him, and Idk if this will be stopped before he goes harassing others like me (yes, I am worried. Even if I pose no "threat" to him). Yes, he had told aware users to not tell of his prescence, but I thought it may be appropriate for this to be notified to staff (great, Im pretty sure he'll get ME next now that I told the forums)

I know this. I've receive several reports and I've been on SG a lot more trying to find him but no luck so far.
