Okay so I reported Joseph_C for bullying me and bypassing ban and he did get banned but now the new situation has upset me, Joseph came back as my name and started making fun of me and making false remarks saying "IM GAY" The name he is using is Realtrilzayy and he made it clear that he would keep using other names like mine to make fun of me
