[Java] Client Crash When Teleporting

Hi, sometimes my client crashes when it senses teleportation-like behavior (even /hub).

no more logs, also i think they are normal so maybe the issue is from the server side ?
 
youve allocated 98% of disk space. maybe that has a role?

Your allocated memory percentage is really high. did you dedicate enough ram for minecraft? i'd allocate 6 GB since my PC can hold 8 GB max

Is it only happening on BrokenLens or any Diffrent server?
