Java Ban Glitch

I changed my Mojang java user to a name that was banned by the watcher and now I can't connect using java edition. I also can't access the /switch command because it keeps me banned at that screen. Any workarounds? .-.

I have no idea what the workaround is for that- send me the name in a convo and I can look at it on the admin panel
