I've been muted?

Hello. I was asking a friend a question and he wouldn't answer. Soo i simply used the up arrow key to retype my question. For some reason when i did, it wasn't working. So i kept spamming it and i suddenly got kicked. I had no idea what for until i joined and it said i was muted. 5 minutes before the incident a friend passed me diamonds and i got kicked with the message ' Bad Packet received from Client' and i have no idea what that means. Maybe it was spam but then again, my friends spam all the time and never get muted. I barely do myself, the messages were just glitched for me and that was my instinct. Can i get my ban info and is there any way i can get unmuted because I currently don't know the offense i have committed.
