It's impossible to play tnt run like this

So basically when the game starts u get like 10 fps, i tried everything to boost it, i download 300+ fps booster resource pack and it doesn't work so the problem is from the server, can it be fixed plz? Its IMPOSSIBLE to play a game with 10 fps its so laggy.
