It’s only 2 days, but I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING

So I was online, playing bow spleef, and I was screen recording it. I exited Minecraft to save the recording, and then I go back into Minecraft, and I was banned. It’s only for 2 days, but I just want to know what I did wrong, if I did something wrong, and see how I can make sure I never do it again.
