Is This Skin Bannable?

Hello. I would just like to know whether or not this special skin is bannable. If so, please give me a link to a thread on where an actual person has been reported and banned for a skin similar to this. It isn't lower than 2 blocks like the average minecraft skin. Just want to be sure.

Give discord i'll send u link although be careful chest and any mobs lower than average skin are def bannable. I'm not sure about the enderman and iron golem which is the point of this thread xD
