Yes, you hold the sprint key when you are on your turf, and you can "swim". Try it out yourself ^_^ (unless you're actually swimming in the water, then you're dead).

Sometimes I see people swimming on the top of the blocks but when they swim inside the blocks they aren't visible. Is this the same thing or are they doing something different? I can't kill them when they do this,

That sounds not allowed,I mean people using the bug so they can't get kill,sounds not allowed. Report them if they doing that.

@Laurie, i play on PE version sometimes with a Tablet, beleive me i play OITC and you always have to sprint to win. You can sprint

Also, how do people swim so fast inking the whole way without needing to stop to refill? There is like no way to kill them when they are completely inking the area all around them as they swim so fast. Even if the area is covered in my ink. I even seen them stand up on my color with no damage. How? Does it make you invincible when sprinting or doesn't use up ink? I thought you have to stand on your color to refill?
