Is this considered "targeting"

this dude just accused me of targeting him but im not trying to. He always gets sniped because he rushes. I saw him bridging to the mid and i sniped him. Cuz he was building (my strategies is basically snipe anyone building). If that is targeting then i guess ill pay more attention to it but i cant really read names halfway across da map//im not trying to target anyone

I mean you said you would just snipe everyone rushing to the middle off in general which means its not youre intent to kill a specific player so I dont see how it should be targetting.

Targetting ain't bannable in TSW/SW so don't worry XD
Anyways he didn't learn from his mistake, that's why you could easy snipe him
