Is this bannable?

People in mb that have VIP are kinda cheating. When they have the pyro kit or something, when they almost die, they jump in the lava and sneak. Then other players can't find them and when the island sinks they will lava camp and the rest of the players will die. In the mb rules it says no cheating. Can someone please tell me if it's bannable or not?
