I'm using Lg G7 Thinq. It's happen in some of the profiles. Like I can't look to Ally Mac's profile picture. In this thread, I can only see Romel's profile picture.

It all depends what phone you use.If you are using old phones this might happen to you

It's not. [2018 phone and android 9.0 (probably get Android 10 too)] so I don't think this issue is because of this.
