Is this a bug? (no screenie ;()

So i played MB right , im on my tower serveying the map and theres an archer on another team.He/She/They spam shoot alot like 1 sec after they shoot the first the second one comes in fast with out them waiting for it to charge up Is this supposed to be in the game or am i just really nooby at how bows work :/.(btw thats only one player not multiple so thts why i think its a bug) @vertx
