Yes, but the chances are unlikely. Staff can unban people banned by The Watcher, but they don't usually choose to.

The watcher is the anti hack system and it bans when it is 100% sure a player is using mods or hacking.

Yes, but the chances are very slim. I only saw one person unbanned by a staff from TheWatcher from my entire stay at forums.

Theres 2 ways, you can ban appeal, if a kind mod was feeling kind she/he will shorten the ban to 30 days.
2. If you want to wait 1 year and appeal the chances are higher.
