No asking will lower your chances and you won't start out as a global mod you start as a helper

Just as the other have said, you have to create a conversation with WarriorGirl3333 and vertx. Including vertx is optional, only include him if you want him to notice your work better.

Staff are looking for people who are:
  • Kind and friendly
  • Helpful in any way
  • Patient
  • Responsible
  • Active on forums and servers

It's simple - You start as a Heper, get promoted to TRIAL and then a MOD. After Mod is Admin (Administrator).
That's pretty much it, and others have told you how to make a staff application. So, be positive, kind and helpful and friendly here ^^
Hopefully one day you will be an Admin. Gudluck.
