I am just asking on FAQ is all about the following. What if you become a Builder can you get promoted as likely as this?

First, you will start as a New Member
Secondly, Member
Third, Active Member
Fourth, Notable Member

And then, any ranks [If you ever got promoted].

What if you are now a Builder of BrokenLens? Is there a possibily that you might get Helper to Trial, Trial to Mod, Mod to Admin?

Being notable member means nothing and being builder isn't going to increase your chance of being a helper.

What Laura is saying is that just because you're a Builder doesn't mean you're chances of staff are increased. Everyone has an equal chance of staff if they do the right things and if staff see the player fit for a position.

Not even has equal chance a person (like me) who keep complains and impatient about vertx obviously has lower chances compared to other people. This is when application kicks in

You do realise that we're not going to accept every application? Otherwise there would be hundreds of staff members. Maybe we don't like your application and don't think you would be suitable for helper.

The concept of being a builder is different from being a staff though. I mean, if your a builder and you applied for that, and your recruited, it means that your a good builder. See, if you were to get builder and make your way up, then you would have to apply for a staff rank. Like others said, everyone has a chance of becoming a staff member but as long as they have the correct information, they have an equal chance as others.

Well I mean they kinda are, being a builder you’re helping the server drastically, and basically with builder rank and you don’t abuse your commands can earn a lot of trust

To me I think the chances are increased of being a helper, yesterday lets say I wasn't a staff but I was only a builder, yesterday I spent 7 hours on a map non-stop with no breaks which BTW will be released soon so get ready everyone! But lets jump back to the point, I'm working 7 hours non stop for brokenlens, that is staff worthy honestly and my build team is working really hard on map making, which BTW a couple more maps will be released soon!
