It just says syncing packs and it has 3 "?" Of these by the circle to say if its online or not

I see that the server is online now. Can you try join the server again? If it doesn't let you join, maybe it's because of your WiFi.

Okay, so you're stuck on "syncing pack with server", have you tried restarting your WiFi router?
If there is no ban message on your screen, then, you're not banned.

Those numbers are the amounts of players in the server. Anyway, try relaunch your MCPE and join the server a few times. I hope this will work.
