Is the lag issue going to be here for awhile?

So im currently playing MB and MM and both have delayed times the timer is like 1s=1min everyone lags about and once i attack someone and they and i start lagging once it catches up im already half a heart and trying to eat apples.Is this issue going to be fixed soon or will it take awhile?

Seeing as the server is in BETA the lag issues may take some time to be ironed out, but theoretically there will be lag no matter what, its just a question on how the server deals with it.
Removing some things that cause lag may break other things entirely and we don’t want that, so we are just going to have to deal with the lag, it can also be with your internet router, but i cant tell you how to fix THAT.

Dont blame the server for the lags.
Actually most of the lag today comes from the new mcpe update (1.1.0).
It came out very unstable and full of bugs and glitches which is the main reason for the server lags.
Vertx also said that they have to completly recode the server after that update.
Mabey the lag wont be that bad after the recode but the main thing that we should hope is that the mcpe developers will stop rushing updates and fix the bugs and mistakes they made.
And please stop replying to old threads.
