Is it possible for you guys to let us make parties without being VIP's?! On my other Minecraft account that I don't use anymore I bought a VIP Rank but I realized it was a waste of money . Is it OK if you can let normal players party without VIP Rank?!

Just have a premium make the party and do /party promote (non-premium party member) and then the premium and do /party leave and there you go the premium doesn't have to be in the party

Not really...

Only VIPS can create the parties.
Normal players without VIP can do just about everything else in the /party help menu.
