It’s very possible to hack into someone’s account, maybe not very likely though.
For example, somebody could really just have a super simple password or a friend gives his/her password to somebody then they give it away and the wrong person just happens to pick it up, boom hacks the account.
Either way if a player gets banned & claims his/her account was hacked it’s not very likely, plus their account is their responsibility.
