Um.. so first of all.. Hi!
Next.. um i just want to ask in case i got rejected to be a helper ... i would be able to apply again like a second chance?
(I already applied since um... maybe march or april and till now no answer so i think i got rejected.. and srry if i am impatient but i am somehow curious..)

Normally we don't say if someone gets accepted or rejected.
The rank just gets added on your account.

Of course, you can always apply for a second time ^-^
